Smoking is prohibited throughout the house. In the outdoor areas, e.g. on the large sun terrace or in the courtyard, this is of course possible. Please consider the other guests.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties or events within the accommodations are not allowed.
The accommodations are not well suited for small children.
On the day of arrival you can move into your flat or apartment at any time after 3 p.m. Our address is: Auf der Liet 1, 59519 Möhnesee. You will receive all information about the handover of the keys two days before your arrival at the latest.
Departure is possible until 11:00 a.m. The time refers to leaving your apartment in order to prepare it again in time for the new guests. You will receive further information in your booking confirmation.
Please note that for stays longer than 7 days we arrange additional cleaning of the accommodations so that the units are refreshed for you once a week. This includes general cleaning, new towels, bed linen, etc. This is charged additionally at a cost of EUR 49 (for the apartments) and EUR 59 (for the flats) per weekly cleaning. We will discuss the cleaning date with you in advance.
Group Rules: We are a very quiet house and attach great importance to observing the quiet times and mutual consideration for both the other guests and the residents. We would like to note that out of consideration for all other guests, no parties or group gatherings are allowed in the apartments. Furthermore, we ask you not to exchange the inventory of the flats and apartments or to collect them in one flat. We reserve the right to charge additional costs resulting from improper handling of the booked accommodation unit and its inventory.
